Bova

This small Calabrian village southeast of Reggio Calabria is considered the cultural capital of Greek-speaking Calabria, part of one of the two remaining Griko-speaking areas in southern Italy. Listed among I Borghi più belli d'Italia, Bova has several historic churches for its size, a handful of cafés and restaurants, vineyards in the surrounding countryside, and scenic viewpoints over the mountains and coast nearby.
