Cua Lo

Cửa Lò is a coastal town in Nghệ An province, in Vietnam's North Central Coast region, serving as the main seaport for the city of Vinh. Situated on the southeastern edge of the province with walking access to the water, it functions as a seaside gateway for the wider Vinh area. The town has shifted administrative status several times in recent years, merging with Vinh in 2024 before being re-established as a separate unit in 2025.
