Deinze

A walkable East Flanders town on the River Leie, Deinze sits between Ghent and Kortrijk with a centre well supplied with cafés and restaurants. The wider municipality, formed by a 2019 merger with Nevele, takes in seventeen sub-communities across a largely rural landscape. The town has a cultural and industrial history, though little of the industrial heritage survives.
