Gloggnitz
Austria
Gloggnitz is a small Austrian mountain town in Lower Austria, sitting at the foot of the Semmering and flanked by two of the region's highest peaks, Mount Rax and Mount Schneeberg. The town is known as the birthplace of two Federal Presidents — Michael Hainisch and Karl Renner — and a museum in Renner's former residence commemorates his life. A café and restaurant scene serves the compact centre, and the surrounding mountains offer multiple scenic viewpoints.
