Hazelton
Kitimat-Stikine B · Canada
This little hamlet in west-central British Columbia sits at the confluence of the Bulkley River and the Skeena River, where the two waterways meet to form a peninsula against a backdrop of forested mountains. Founded in 1866 near an Indigenous settlement, it is the original of the three communities collectively known as the Hazeltons, and remains the smallest of them.
