Hijuelas
Chile
Known as Chile's flower capital, Hijuelas is a commune in the Quillota Province of the Valparaíso region where close to half of the country's commercially grown flowers are produced. Since 2009, the entire territory has been designated a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. The commune sits near the mountains of central Chile.
