Kovarska
Czechia
A little village on the ridge of the Krušné hory mountains in northwest Czechia, Kovářská sits at around 800 metres alongside the Černá voda stream and offers a modest café and restaurant scene for its size. The settlement's roots lie in iron-ore mining and processing, which dominated local life from its first recorded mentions in the second half of the 16th century until the early 19th century; many of its houses were later converted into holiday cottages.
