Lagadin
North Macedonia
A small beachside village on the eastern shore of Lake Ohrid, Lagadin sits at the foot of Galičica National Park a short drive south of Ohrid city. Built largely in the second half of the 20th century as a summer destination, it consists of private villas and a handful of hotels, with the wider region ringed by UNESCO World Heritage sites. The village sees most of its activity in summer, with a pocket-sized permanent population year-round.
