Longuich

Germany

A little wine-country village on the right bank of the Moselle in Rhineland-Palatinate, Longuich sits within the Verbandsgemeinde Schweich an der Römischen Weinstraße — the Roman Wine Road — and has a handful of cafés and restaurants for its size. It was the birthplace of Theodore Nesser, father of the Nesser Brothers who played for the Columbus Panhandles in the NFL during the 1920s.
