Olho Marinho
Portugal
This small village in the Óbidos municipality of western Portugal, Olho Marinho sits in wine-growing country with vineyards in the surrounding area and water close at hand. The parish was established in 1925 from territory previously part of Amoreira. Local tradition holds that Queen Inês de Castro once used a spring here to care for her skin and eyes, though the claim is unverified.
