Patti
Messina · Italy
This small Sicilian town on the western shore of the Gulf of Patti, known for the remains of a Roman villa within its limits and the ruins of the ancient city of Tyndaris nearby, as well as sandy beaches along its waterfront. The town holds one of the oldest bishoprics in Sicily and has a café and restaurant scene and a concentration of churches that exceed what its size might suggest.
