Sanqing

This Taoist sacred mountain in Jiangxi Province, Mount Sanqing takes its name from its three main summits — Yujing, Yushui, and Yuhua — representing the Taoist trinity. Designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2008 and a National Geopark in 2005, the mountain is known for its geological formations and scenery, and supports over 2,300 plant species and 400 vertebrate species. It is the highest peak in the Huaiyu Mountains, with the tallest summit, Yujing, rising high above the surrounding terrain.
