Sumbe

This coastal city in west-central Angola, Sumbe sits within walking distance of the Atlantic and close to inland mountains, offering both shoreline access and highland terrain nearby. Known until 1975 as Novo Redondo, it now serves as the provincial capital of Cuanza Sul.
