Tuluá
Tuluá · Colombia
Known throughout Colombia and much of South America as a major center of salsa dancing, Tuluá is a mid-sized industrial and commercial city in the heart of Valle del Cauca. Founded around 1741, it carries the nickname Corazón del Valle — Heart of the Valley — and is also associated with the naturalist Juan María Céspedes, after whom one of its local names is drawn. The wider region holds a UNESCO World Heritage site, and the Andes are within reach.
