Asnaes

A pocket-sized town in northwestern Zealand, Asnæs sits within the Odsherred region and is served by the Odsherredbanen railway line, with connections toward Holbæk and Nykøbing Sjælland. The town holds Odsherreds Museum in the Hvide Hus building, an open-air history workshop at Ulvsborg Historisk Værksted to the south, and a fire museum. Former Danish international footballer Christian Poulsen grew up here and played for the local club in his youth.
