Aspindza

This small Georgian village sits at the confluence of the Mtkvari and Oti rivers in the eastern part of the Akhaltsikhe basin, at highland elevation along the S11 highway. Architectural monuments dating from the 10th to 12th centuries survive in the settlement, and the surrounding mountains are close at hand. The nearest city, Akhaltsikhe, lies to the northwest.
