Cupcini

Small city in northern Moldova's Edineț district, Cupcini sits on the Chișinău–Chernivtsi highway and is crossed east to west by the Ciuhur river, which feeds a large pond with a park alongside it. The town holds a cluster of industrial enterprises including a crystal works, a cannery, and a tobacco operation, alongside churches, schools, a music school, and a stadium. A UNESCO World Heritage site lies within the wider region.
