Gallargues-le-Montueux

A little wine-country village in the Gard, southern France, where the Vidourle river runs through and a handful of cafés and restaurants serve a place of its size well. Seven listed historic monuments include a Roman tower classified in 1875, the medieval Pont Ambroix, and the church of Saint-Martin, alongside a Protestant temple and the Château de Thomas Burnet.
