A particularly photogenic Andalusian village in the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park, known as one of the classic *pueblos blancos* — the whitewashed hill towns of southern Spain — and officially recognised as one of the country's most beautiful villages since 2017. It sits in mountain country with scenic viewpoints, several historic churches, and a good spread of cafés and restaurants for a settlement its size. The area also records the highest rainfall in Spain.
