Kauniainen
Finland
Kauniainen (also known by its Swedish name Grankulla) is a small bilingual town in southern Finland, fully enclosed within the city of Espoo and part of the Helsinki metropolitan area. Founded in 1906 as a villa suburb, it carries the lowest municipal tax rate in Finland, which has drawn high-income families and produced unusually high average incomes for a town its size. Finnish and Swedish are both official languages.
