Llanfrynach

This tiny village in the Brecon Beacons National Park, southeast of Brecon, Llanfrynach sits alongside the Nant Menasgin stream and the Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal. The Grade II* listed Cefn Brynich Canal Bridge Aqueduct, which carries the canal over the River Usk, is the village's most notable structure. The wider area holds several historic churches for a settlement of this size, and the Brecon Beacons provide mountain terrain on the doorstep.
