Presteigne
TLL41 · United Kingdom
This modest market town on the south bank of the River Lugg in Powys, Wales, Presteigne sits directly on the England–Wales border, with England wrapping around it to the north, east, and south. Once the county town of historic Radnorshire, it traces its origins to a minster church dedicated to St Andrew, recorded at the time of the Domesday Book. Despite being in Wales, it falls within the Church of England's diocese of Hereford.
