Small village in the Hautes-Pyrénées of south-western France, Saint-Pé-de-Bigorre sits along the Gave de Pau river within the historic county of Bigorre. The surrounding area holds two Natura 2000 sites and a regional nature reserve centred on the Pibeste-Aoulhet massif, making it a base for nature-focused visits close to the mountains. Rail connections run to Tarbes, Pau, Bordeaux, and Bayonne, and the village falls within the wider attraction area of Lourdes.
