This tiny Swiss town on the right bank of Lake Zurich, in the stretch known as the Goldküste (Gold Coast), Herrliberg sits in the canton's wine country with direct water access and viewpoints over the lake. The hamlet of Wetzwil, set high above the shore, belongs to the municipality and offers elevated views across the water. A little central core has cafés and restaurants.
