Dundaga

Dundaga Castle, built by the Archbishopric of Riga in the late 13th century, anchors this modest village in Latvia's Courland region. From the 16th century until 1918, the castle served as the centre of the largest private estate in Courland, held by the Baltic-German noble dynasty of Baron Osten-Sacken.
