Skerries
Ireland
A small coastal town north of Dublin with a real café and restaurant scene for its size, Skerries sits directly on the water in County Fingal. Once a fishing port and later a centre of hand embroidery, it shifted in the early 20th century into a resort and commuter town. Several islands lie offshore, including Rockabill, a nature reserve.
